We are a family of readers who live in the Ypsi-Ann Arbor area.
We highly value all we’ve learned about ourselves and others by reading a rich and diverse array of literature.
We used to live in a state where book bans are among the highest.
We know that increased challenges have caused educators and schools to pull back from challenged content.
We know that books bans can happen here, too.
We know that young people deserve to have a voice in their education as well.
We want to be ready to stand up for literature in our schools, libraries, and communities.
And we know that we need to be connected with YOU to make that possible if the time comes.
